Start scripts

These start scripts were contributed by Torsten Gödicke, Torsten.Goedicke@wlw.de.

The startscript (/etc/init.d/pen) starts a kind of monitorscript (/usr/local/bin/runpen.sh) for each pen instance which actually starts a pen daemon according to a configuration file (/etc/pen.cf) and waits in memory for this pen to stop. If this happens it simply restarts this pen. Maybe it is useful for you or some others. Feel free to use or deploy. Regards Torsten Gödicke
